The Pequot Plus Customer Service Department is the first point of contact for our members. Each of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives receives HIPAA training and is fully familiar with your health care plan.

What makes Pequot unique is that our in-house Customer Service Department is located on the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation Reservation in Mashantucket, Connecticut neighboring our Third Party Administration, Mail Service Pharmacy and Pharmacy Network and Benefit Manager Departments. Direct access to our customized programs, operating systems and account managers enables our representatives to respond competently and expeditiously to all inquiries. Our Customer Service team works in concert with all Pequot Health Care divisions to achieve functional excellence and superior results.
